About Sonya
I am a native of Wilkesboro, North Carolina. I am a licensed massage and bodywork therapist, NCLMBT#12162. A 2011 graduate of Wilkes Community College Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork Program where I received my certification in both Swedish and Neuromuscular Massage. I thoroughly enjoy Massage Therapy and making a difference in the well-being of others. I am a firm believer in Holistic health and facilitating a space for the body to heal itself. My specialties include neck and shoulder massage helping my clients with pain alleviation. I also offer ergonomic massage for office workers who deal with upper body fatigue, pain, and chronic headaches & migraines. While some may consider Massage Therapy a luxury or optional, I choose to view it as an investment and extension in our health and wellness.
